I have practiced yoga for over two decades and have seen and felt first-hand the benefits it had on my body, mind and soul, which is why I have decided to share my experience, skills and knowledge with everyone who is willing to give yoga a try.
I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2017, I then went on to complete children's yoga and teen yoga courses.
I am friendly and empathetic and my classes are open to those who are new to yoga as well as those with more experience.
I also run classes for children and young people to help them build physical strength and flexibility and boost confidence and wellbeing through yoga sequences, movement games and mindfulness activities.
