Hello, I’m Lucy. I teach yoga classes to help people develop better strength, improve balance and reduce stress.
My classes are accessible, energising and enjoyable, and include asanas (poses), sequences and pranayama (breathing techniques). In short, I hope that you will leave my class feeling recharged and more grounded.

I am currently doing a 300hour Yoga Teacher Training Course at Bristol School of Yoga
Joyful and engaging classes for young children to explore yoga inspired movement. I use games, stories and songs to support children's physical development: improving their strength, co-ordination and balance. I also teach techniques to help children learn emotional regulation, focus and relaxation.
Childrens yoga and mindfulness classes to boost strength, improve flexibility and balance. My classes are fun, energising and include yoga sequences, movement games, journalling and mindful art projects. I teach techniques to help children and tweens manage stress, boost resiliance and increase confidence.
I offfer one to one, small group and family classes as well as the studio based ones. Get in touch to discuss your needs
